Packer Thomas, a leading regional certified public accounting and business consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of David J. Dugan, CPA, MBA and J.C. Willison, CPA, to Principal, effective October 1, 2024.
Dave is a graduate of Youngstown State University (BSBA and MBA) He has over 12 years of public accounting experience, specializing in federal and state income taxation, business tax compliance in manufacturing, wholesale/distribution and service industries. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Dave and his wife Kristina reside in Austintown, Ohio and have two children, Cooper and Baker.
J.C. is a graduate of Walsh University (BSBA). He has over 11 years of public accounting experience, specializing in auditing and accounting with specific expertise in the manufacturing industry, employee benefit plans, multi-employer benefit plans, healthcare and organized labor. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. J.C. and his wife Heather reside in Canfield, Ohio and have two children, Cameron and Halston.
